My name is D.T. and I want to thank God for guiding and directing me to the TREK program. TREK Ministries, Inc.

This intense residential discipleship program has truly been a Godsend for it has provided a much-needed pyridine shift on my views of life. 

TREK Ministries has pushed me to the limits by helping me to grow spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

My marriage is in the process of restoration.  My health is better than ever and my relationship to the LORD is ever growing.  For the first time, I’m learning what it means to be a ‘whole’ person and complete. 

Here in this atmosphere of sustained therapeutic growth I am learning how to face life on life’s terms, to set boundaries, and feel and express emotions in a healthy way.

Here is a personal word from my mentor: 

At some point, we all have to decide that we are going to see things as God sees them and we are going to choose to walk the path that God says we should walk.  You’ve herd me speak about “how God sees sex” and “a decision vs.…choices.”

In this context then, you have to begin to see yourself as the creature he made you to be, including the purposes for which he made you.

First, you are a man.

Second, you are to be with a woman.

Third, you and your woman are to subdue and rule the created order around you.

Forth, you are to multiply and fill the earth.

As your mentor, and one of the significant male figures in your life, I can say and do say –with confidence-

DT, you are a man.  Celebrate it!  Be the husband and father that God made you to be.  Now!  Don’t let the evil one steal one more day from you.
